About the Design
Designed by Native Hawaiian wahine artist Kea Peters, the Aloha Is Contagious Tee is a reminder that the way we show up for one another matters — that aloha, in all its forms, can ripple outward and inspire more of the same.
This design features what we call a lei bow — a lei rainbow made up of pikake, pua kenikeni, loke (rose), and pakalana. Each flower carries its own fragrance and beauty, but together they create something even more vibrant — a reflection of how aloha grows when it’s shared and honored with intention.
At Kākou Collective, we recognize that aloha can take many forms — from care and compassion to courage and boundaries. This design is just one concept of what aloha can be: a reminder that when we act with integrity and connection, aloha continues to spread.
