Cancellation policy
"Kakou Collective" provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you
accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit
card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until
you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at anytime by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.
NEW subscription box orders must be placed within the monthly window of opening. Orders placed afterwards will be applied towards the following month.
Subscriptions auto-renew every on the first day of the month every month after you successfully subscribe until you cancel; you may pause or cancel at any time. Should you decide to cancel, you have the option of renewing.
Subscriptions will be shipped in the last week of the month. Expect to receive your subscription in the last week/first week of the following month.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, shipping is an estimate, not guaranteed. Kakou Collective will update you of any supply chain issues or delays out of their control.
Important Notes:
– New month-to-month sticker Piha subscription orders must be placed between the 1st and 5th of the month in order to receive the following month's featured box.
- New subscribers must ONLY have subscription items in their cart. Carts containing any other items outside of subscription items will be cancelled.
– If you are subscribed by the 5th of the month at 5pm HST, your subscription box will be mailed out on or before the 14th of the following month*
– First month's subscription will be billed on the day of purchase, then following subscriptions will be billed on the first of the month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time. Should you decide to cancel, you only have the option of renewing when a spot is made available as there are limited spots for each subscription period.
– Due to events going on in the world in addition to the COVID-19 pandemic, any supply chain issues or delays caused by circumstances out of our control will be communicated via email
