Our Happy Mail Buddies, Stationery Squad, Lifestyle Squad, and Exclusive Hui tiers on Patreon are now coming to an end.
If you have not taken action yet, you are now in a custom tier with no benefits and will be charged if you do not move over to another tier by the end of the month [April 2022] when Patreon auto-charges. Previous tiers will be charged as follows: Happy Mail Buddies will be charged $10, previously Lifestyle Squad/Stationery Squad will be charged $20, previously Exclusive Hui will be charged $35.

Why are we changing Patreon?
Patreon served its purpose up to this point in our journey. It created a place for our most passionate supporters to be there for us in a big way. In joining Patreon, you allowed us to have dependable income and to grow as well as take risk in a time when many things were uncertain (as it still is). Although Patreon has provided us the ability to grow in ways that we never imagined, parts of the platform are stunting our growth and taking away from the experience we want to provide (in regards to the upper tiers).

or CANCEL your subscription HERE so you donʻt get charged by Patreon.
If you do not cancel your subscription, you will be charged as a custom pledge with no benefits. We will do our best to resolve these situatons, but no one can cancel your subscription except you.
Through the new subscription you will have access to our secret Mākeke, but not all of the secret items (Patrons will have access to all secret items). You will also not have access to the Patreon Vault moving forward.
If you are a Patron, please message us through the Patreon app to receive the secret link. We will not be sharing information about the new subscription until the second window of enrollment in June.
Everyone will be moved over to a custom tier - worry not, you will still be getting your April Rewards.
Patreon sometimes charges Patrons a couple of days early - one of the reasons we are leaving the platform. To ensure that no one gets charged, we are closing the tiers a couple of days early.
ABSOLUTELY. Patreon will still serve as a testing ground for new ideas. Its just that we will only be having our Study Buddy Tier as well as Pen Pal Tier. Subcribing to the new Piha and Pili box is also another way to support us in a huge way - its just that Patreon doesnʻt have a fullfilment aspect tied to the platform (another one of the reasons we are leaving Patreon).
