This bundle includes four cards featuring three lei that are created using materials often found in our forests - a Hilo style lei kī (incorporating ti leaf), lei maile (incorporating maile) , and a wili style lei (incorporating palapalai, kī and introduced lauaʻe). The final card in the set combines all three lei into one, showing the various technique and foliage, Nahele (forest, grove, vegetation). Lei is a symbol of aloha. It can be given as a symbol of love, friendship, to celebrate, or even honor someone. For special occasions, we gift our loved ones with their lei punahele (favorite lei).
